Every listed trademark undergoes a rigorous pre-listing verification of chain of title, registration status with relevant intellectual property offices (e.g., USPTO, EUIPO), and confirmation of its good standing with all maintenance fees paid. Furthermore, as a critical step in our standard procedure, we conduct a final pre-closing due diligence to conclusively confirm the trademark's validity, enforceability, and marketable title, free of any pending disputes or challenges. We are contractually committed to not proceeding with the assignment of any trademark that fails this final health check, thereby ensuring you acquire only a sound and legally robust asset.
Our transaction process is designed for security and simplicity, managed end-to-end by our platform:
1. Agreement Finalization: We draft and circulate the Asset Transfer Agreement for both parties to review and sign accordingly.
2. Secure Payment: Upon signed agreement, an official invoice is issued via a secure payment gateway (e.g., PayPal or Escrow.com). The buyer submits the payment, which is then securely held in PayPal or Escrow.
3. Initiate Transfer: After payment confirmation, we provide the seller with precise instructions and direct assistance to initiate the formal transfer of the asset to the buyer.
4. Confirmation & Completion: The buyer confirms successful receipt and ownership of the asset. Upon this confirmation, funds are released from escrow to the seller.

- U.S. Trademarks: 6-8 weeks
- U.K. & E.U. Trademarks: Approximately 2 weeks
- Domain Names: 1-7 days
Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the processing speed of the respective trademark offices or domain registrars.
While our listed prices are generally set, we welcome serious offers from interested buyers. As your intermediary, we are committed to facilitating a mutually agreeable outcome between both parties.
The listed price is comprehensive and includes all our services from initiation to completion, covering platform fees, transfer assistance, and relevant official government fees. There are no hidden charges from us.
Please note that for transactions processed through our secured third-party payment gateways (such as Escrow.com), separate transaction fees apply as per their policy. Typically, Escrow charges a transaction fee of approximately 2.5% to each party (buyer and seller). This fee will be clearly itemized on the official Escrow invoice for your review prior to payment.
We guarantee the security of your funds and a successful transfer through a two-part protection system.
First, all payments are processed through secure, trusted partners like Escrow.com or PayPal, which hold your funds safely. The money is only sent to the seller once you confirm the asset has been successfully received.
Second, our team manages the transfer process from start to finish, ensuring everything is done correctly. This means you are fully protected: you either get the asset, or you get your money back.
The primary agreement required is a comprehensive Asset Assignment Agreement drafted by our platform, which outlines all terms of the sale, including representations, warranties, and indemnities.
While our agreements are professionally crafted to be fair and balanced, and our team can explain the general terms, we strongly recommend that each party engages independent legal counsel to review the documents. This ensures your specific interests are fully protected, you understand all contractual obligations, and you are aware of any jurisdictional implications. For substantial transactions, this is not just advisable but often crucial.
Upon a successful purchase, the post-transaction process differs slightly between trademarks and domains to ensure you are fully prepared.
For Trademarks:
- Active Use: Remember, to maintain its strength and validity, especially in jurisdictions like the United States, you must actively use your trademark in commerce.
- Update Correspondence: We strongly recommend appointing your own legal counsel to update the correspondence address with the trademark office. This ensures you receive all critical official communications directly.
- Monitor Critical Deadlines: You are now responsible for monitoring and filing all necessary maintenance documents, such as Declarations of Use (Section 8 & 15) and Renewal applications (Section 9), to keep the registration alive.
For Domain Names:
- Verify Control: Immediately log into your domain registrar account to confirm you have full control and that the domain is correctly pointed to your nameservers.
- Enable Auto-Renewal: To prevent accidental loss, enable auto-renewal for the domain in your account settings.
Our Guarantee if the Transaction Fails:
In the event that the asset transfer cannot be completed successfully through no fault of your own (e.g., an unforeseen legal impediment or failure on the seller's part), we will immediately terminate the transaction. You will receive a full refund of all monies paid, processed promptly and securely back to your original payment method.

Listing your asset is free, and we do not charge sellers any direct commissions.
Our model is simple: we add our margin to your agreed asking price to create the final selling price for the buyer. When a sale is completed, you receive 100% of your agreed asking price.
Please note that we reserve the right to adjust this final selling price to align with market demand.
You are welcome to set your own asking price. We are pleased to assist you with voluntary price adjustments every six months.
Additionally, as our client base consists largely of new businesses, which often operate with limited budgets, we encourage reasonable pricing to facilitate faster transaction closure.
Please note: To best serve our client community, we do not list individual trademarks or domains priced above $100,000 USD.

Transfer Facilitation:
Actively cooperating with all steps required to complete the ownership transfer and ensuring its final success.
Our platform acts as your dedicated manager throughout the entire transaction. Our key responsibilities include:
Facilitation:
Managing all communication between buyer and seller on price, terms, and other details.
Documentation:
Preparing the official transfer agreement and facilitating its execution by both parties.
Financial Handling:
Issuing transaction invoices, securely collecting funds from the buyer, and disbursing the final payment to the seller.
Oversight & Guidance:
Guiding and support the seller through the transfer process to ensure successful completion and the full handover of rights.
Payment will be processed within 14 days of successful transaction completion. The funds will be transferred directly to the legal holder's account through our preferred method of bank transfer.
